Like, smaller than we care to brag. But, here we are. The more "Small Batch Small Bottle" we can bottle and sell, the quicker we can buy the Pot still we have our eye's set on. Until then, we will put in the hours while you relax and sip our spirits!
Let's say the small still gives us the ability to pivot quickly. We can ferment multiple types of small batches at once, allowing us to ensure our customers' needs are met. A particular product type sells better one weekend. No problem. We can make more. The goal is to stay creative, keep it fun, be original, support local but project our voice much further. We'll never be perfect, but we'll always pursue it. We'll challenge ourselves; we won't be married to our ideas and will try to always remain open to yours.
We mash in, ferment, distill, bottle and label various Moonshine types, Apple Brandy, Bourbon Whiskey's and other Specialty Spirit's, all in-house. Our aging mostly occurs in new medium charred oak micro barrels from our trusted supplier.
