Hey there, I'm Stephen P Yahwak, and I have been whipping up culinary delight since I could barely reach the stove. My journey began in my grandmother's soup kitchen, where I learned the true meaning of cooking with love and serving others.
I graduated from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, in Hyde Park New York, in 1984. Since then, it's been a whirlwind adventure in the restaurant private club industry. I've enjoyed working alongside culinary legends like Jasper White in Boston and have brought my talents to esteemed establishments like the Petroleum Club of Houston, the Bay Tower Room in Boston and Gleneagles Country Club in Dallas.
My most rewarding role was Executive Chef at PF Changs for many memorable years. There, I honed my skills and deeply appreciated creating exceptional dining experiences.
Today, I continue sharing my passion for food and service at Five Star Premier Residence of Dallas and bring a taste of joy to residents each day.
My ultimate goal has finally come true. I'm thrilled to be able to share my creative food skills on my Chefs Classic Cuisine food truck. Here I can truly express my creativity and craft unforgettable dining experiences for guests. I aim to bring a smile to people's faces and create lasting memories through the power of food.
