Our HOME is Van Alstyne - Texas

 A fast growing, small town feeling type of place. Van Alstyne is located 45 miles North of the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex on the fast-growing Highways 75 & 5 corridor — just 15 miles from both McKinney and Sherman. 

Van Alstyne was built in 1873, for settlers to be near the railroad stop of the Houston and Texas Central Railway. The town was named for either William A. Van Alstyne, a civil engineer with the railroad, or for Marie Van Alstyne, a shareholder in the railroad company. The town was incorporated in 1890.

Is open anytime the retail store is open, we are tasting! It is our chance to get a glimpse of your moonshine face. You may be the type that prefers these spirits in your favorite cocktail recipe because higher proof spirits are "Ewww.. Strong!" but, we shall see for ourselves! We won't charge you for it!

Each spirit we distill will be for sale in our retail store on-site. You will see the Mash Bill posted to each one, containing additional information about the product. Try them paired with a craft cocktail syrup or alone!  You'll learn about "Farmer Select," learn about our process, try a craft sandwich or cocktail and last but not least.. We can meet you!
